Hi I'm Diane, [IINHC, M.A, PhD student]

a trauma-informed holistic health coach who specializes in teaching self-healers how to achieve inner peace using holistic and ancestral practices so they can step into their power and take back agency around their physical, mental, and spiritual health.

As I started my own holistic healing journey, I started to see the light that was once non-existent. I used to constantly feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and over-medicated.

The amount of negative self-talk and intrusive behaviors that would sabotage my relationships and personal desires- it felt like I was at war with my own mind. Learning more about cPTSD explained all of my chronic symptoms like depression, anxiety, insomnia, mood disorders, and overall fatigue.

So much of your past lived experiences are embedded into how you experience reality in the present moment. Within the work I do with my clients, witnessing, holding space, and meeting the parts of yourself that have become hidden, shamed, and punished for simply existing.

A 6-session container for folks who are craving relief and immediate release from the nuances and complexities in their mind- you're tired of not understanding what it is your mental chatter is needing from you. When we work together in Rapid Release, each session will unravel decades of wounds and suppressed emotions in a way that honors and respects your body's limits.

We collaborate with the nervous system so you feel nourished and have a clear understanding of why you feel the way you feel AND how to move closer to your future self. The version of self that you dream for yourself but sometimes doubt is possible because it feels like you've been doing the work forever to heal the wounds, and clear the trauma- yet the smallest thing ticks you off and sends you down a frenzy spiral of what ifs.

Emotions are complex psychological and physiological states that involve feelings, thoughts, and bodily responses.

Your nervous system is responsible for processing and managing these aspects of emotions.

We dive into the nuanced layers of how you feel about yourself and how that has to do with that one time in middle school when your best friend liked the same person you did.
